I am a woman in late sixties. I have never done any yoga and my body is not at all flexible. I want to start doing yoga at home. I suffer from osteoporosis.

I am a begginer and badly need to reduce the fat deposits of the abdomen and thighs………please advice me on the asanas thats best for the same and the frequency or duration of practice required.
