Yoga has countless benefits. It not only improves your mental and physical stamina, but it also brings beauty and glow to your external appearance.

Yoga balances the hormones and increases the flow of oxygen-rich blood to your skin. And this process adds glow and radiance to your skin, and prevents wrinkles, sagging and dryness.

Here are some yoga exercises for beauty:

Yoga for shiny and soft skin:

How to practice?

  • Stand straight on the ground and keep your feet about one foot apart.
  • Breathe fast and deep and cover your face with your palms.
  • Rub your face and the forehead with your fingers and breathe deep for ten times.
  • Once again rub the skin of the whole face, starting from the chin to forehead.
  • Keep breathing deeply.

Through the above asana the facial skin becomes wrinkle free, soft and shiny and starts glowing with radiance and attraction. The dark circles under the eyes vanish and the cheeks become pink.

Yoga for a long sharp neck:

How to practice?

  • Stand on the ground completely in an erect posture.
  • Do not move your shoulders.
  • Now turn your neck to the left as much as possible. Then move the neck to the right.
  • Repeat this exercise for ten times.
  • Next turn your neck towards right and then towards left. Repeat this exercise for ten times.
  • Lastly turn your face up and your head backwards and then bend it forward trying to touch the chest with your chin. Repeat this exercise for three times.

Through the above yoga exercise your neck will get rid of the excess fat and gets a beautiful shape.

Yoga for prominent and well shaped breasts:

How to practice?

  • Stand straight on the ground and keep your feet about one foot apart.
  • Place your hands on your waist.
  • Now inhale as deeply as you can and exhale forcefully.
  • Repeat this breathing exercise for 5 to 10 minutes.

If you do this exercise regularly, you will observe your breasts becoming prominent and gaining a well molded shape.

Yoga for a slim and curved waist:

How to practice?

  • Stand firmly and straight on the ground.
  • Move your feet about one foot apart and keep the hands sideways at the level of the shoulders, parallel to the ground.
  • Now turn your upper torso towards left from your waist upwards.
  • Come back to the standing position and turn to your right.
  • Repeat this ten times.
  • Then place the hands on the waist and bend forward, so that your face touches your thighs. Repeat it ten times.

Regular practice of the above exercise will make your waist free of all extra fat and will become shapely.
