What is Baba Ramdev Yoga?

Kapalbhati: Inhale air and fill up your stomach. Then exhale with a jerk. Ensure you move only the stomach and not your entire body. Healthy people can practice Kapalbhati for 15 minutes. Patients ailing from cancers and other illnesses should do this pranayama for 30 minutes every day, in two sessions of 15 minutes each. Kapalbhati is known to relieve diabetes and stimulate the functioning of heart and lungs.
