Cleansing the chakras is not too difficult task but you need to input little efforts. Healing by meditation and visualization can be done by yourself. If you want to heal yourself from all the blockages in your body, then you need cleansing all the seven chakras where energies of person are associated.

  • Simple Visualization Exercises
    A few people have a wrong assumptions on visualization exercises. If you think visualization as a difficult task then it seems to be really difficult. Visualization exercises requires calm mind. When you have a calm mind then visualization exercises seems to be easier than any other exercises.
  • Meditation depending on Location
    You can do meditation anywhere that is, you can start meditating even when you are sitting on a bench. You just need peace of mind. When you are stressed out then you can start meditating initially with calming your mind to relieve from stress.
  • Drumming Meditation
    If you want to start drumming meditation then you might have to spend five to ten minutes prior to your meditation. You can take a drum and start making various rhythms over it. Just make a few rhythms randomly. Initially your mind might be filled with several thoughts. While drumming your thoughts might be stopped suddenly or slowly. You can start concentrating on the rhythms slowly and then drop yourself into meditation soon after you calm your mind.
  • Cleansing through Visualization
    Cleansing can be done though visualization. If you can visualize the best with peace of mind then you can easily clear all the blocks in your body. If you are not able to visualize in crowd then you can try this out when you are alone and single without any distractions.
  • Clearing Heart Chakra
    Heart chakra is considered to be interaction of all the energy centers. This is one of the reasons most people find it difficult to handle hard and tough situations. When you clear your heart chakra either by visualization or by meditation then you can balance the rest other things easily.
  • Kirtan Kriya
    This is considered as the most important form among the yogic postures. This includes chanting along with the mudras. This helps in promoting clarity in mind and improves blood circulation.
