Exercise for Energy

Exercise for Energy – Different Exercises

Exercise #1

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and put your hands on your hips.
  • Train your eyes on a spot straight ahead.
  • Slowly rotate your hips in a full circle ten times and then rotate them in the opposite direction.
  • Be sure to keep your hands on your hips and your feet in place.

Exercise #2
This one will temporarily make you look like a chicken, but it’s great for the shoulders.

  • 1.Put your hands on your shoulders.
  • 2.Slowly rotate your arms ten times so your elbows make small circles in the air. Repeat ten times in the opposite direction.

Exercise #3
Here’s an exercise for the shoulders to help combat the tension and soreness that invariably accompany holding a telephone or driving a car.

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Slowly raise your arms to shoulder level with your palms facing up.
  • Rotate your palms forward, down, and back ten times so that your hands make small circles.
  • Repeat in the opposite direction.

Exercise #4

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Slowly raise your arms out to the side, parallel to the ground, palms down.
  • Begin making small circles with your arms.
  • With each rotation, make the circles larger until both shoulder sockets rotate.
  • Repeat in the opposite direction.
