  • Spread a blanket or yoga mat on the floor
  • Make yourself into a squat position
  • Place your hands on the top of your feet
  • Place your hands on blanket/mat for variation
  • Shrug your shoulders and melt your heart
  • Keep your hands and arms strong while you with your inner thighs and lift off. Remember to balance your hands

Begin yourself in table pose. The steps of table pose are as follows:

  • Put both of your hands and knees on the floor
  • Take your knees hip width apart
  • Place your feet behind your knees
  • Bring your arms under your shoulder and make sure your fingers facing forward
  • Look down and allow your back to be flat
  • Press into your palms to drop your shoulder slightly away from your ears
  • Press your tail bone to the back wall
  • Make your top of the head to the front wall to lengthen your spine

Then, continue with the following steps:

  • Lean yourself back toward your heels
  • Press your hips and buttocks up and back
  • Straighten your legs
