Yoga Balance Poses

Everyone knows the meaning of physical balance, but how many know the concept of balancing by the intelligence of your body?. That is balancing of the body by the sense of equilibrium or by instinct. This can be attained through yoga balance poses as they help in strengthening the physical body, focus and remind us of a sense of humility and humor.

Balance through strength is a physical action, where as through the intelligence of your body is called as relaxation in action. This type of balancing is very important when we lose our physical strength (old age, or while sick)

Why Balancing Poses?

Balancing poses will develop strength, agility and lightness. Practicing these poses gives an individual a tremendous control over there body, they also develop focus, concentration, muscle toning and increase coordination. With outer balance poses, one can cultivate inner silence.
