Yoga gives great importance to diet and strongly demands to avoid dietetic errors. Sattvic (pure) foods, form a perfect diet for an Asthma patient. They are nutritious and easily digested.

Asthmatic’s diet is
usually lacto-vegetarian. Vegetarian diet is considered as the best food for asthma patients. The meet proteins take longer to digest and ultimately slowdowns the metabolic system. Thus it is always recommended for a yoga practitioner to take a proper diet.
