Backache, also known asĀ pain in the back, is a common problem that affects majority of people as they get older and gradually loss the elasticity of their spine. - Ustasana: It is recommended that ustasana can help in maintaining and enhancing flexibility of the spine and the muscles, thereby controlling backache.
