Bhramri paranayam: Practice this technique in fresh air and a calm environment.

  1. Close both the eyes and inhale deeply.
  2. Close ears with both palms.
  3. Concentrate on agya chakra between the eye-brows.
  4. Raise you head upward.
  5. Exhale slowly, with mouth closed, make humming sound of a bee, while reciting “om” mentally.
  6. Repeat this technique 10 times.
