Kundalini Yoga has evoked quite some curiosity from people who have the basic understanding of Yoga. In the ancient times people referred to Kundalini as the serpent power. The word Kundalini is derived from the Sanskrit word Kundal that means the ‘lock of hair removed from your beloved’.
