Bikram Choudhary’s belief and knowledge in Yoga lead him to design a new form of yoga called ‘Bikram Yoga’. This yoga is also known as Hot Yoga because the technique has to be practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%.
