Yoga is said to be an effective cure for the hyperactive teenagers. Teen age is a very delicate phase, a make or break period, which when not handled properly leads to lot of troubles in the teen’s adulthood.
Here are ways how yoga proves to be useful.
1)Â Puberty and Growing up Issues: With puberty comes, change in body structure which in turn leads to a demand of wanting to look good. Also, it as this phase that pimples sprout up and the teenager is faced with lot of self pity and depression.
