One may also find it difficult to focus at this time, a hundred thoughts may bombard your mind, and to think absolutely nothing will be a arduous task. Stay focused even if you feel its not happening. With practice, concentrating only on your breathing movements will become an easy task.

This pose greatly helps by opening the hips and strengthening the spine. It also helps promote inner peace and calm.

It can be done every time you are disturbed and worried about something.
 
If you find the ground to be very hard, you can seat your self on a folded mat or rug.

In order to enjoy the several benefits that come with this pose, it should be practiced early in the morning. It proves to be a great start for the day.
