Pre-Menstrual cramps can be very painful. Irritability, mood swings, headaches, stomach cramps and body aches are symptoms of the Pre menstrual syndrome.
Yoga is said to greatly aid in relieving the pre menstrual syndromes. Most of all the pre menstrual syndrome is said to make one very irritable, and yoga greatly helps one in this area by introducing a sense of calmness and well being. Some poses which are easy to do can be done in order to relieve the pre-menstrual syndrome.
Here is a list of poses, which can be greatly helpful
Kapalabhati Pose: It is a technique that is said to enhance your way of breathing to a great extent. This technique helps clear off any mucous from the chest and permits free breathing
The Sukhasana Pose: This pose requires one to sit down on the ground with legs folded and hands on the feet. Sitting with one’s back straight, this pose helps one to focus and concentarate.
Anuloma Viloma: The alternate nostril breathing pose, this technique requires one to breathe in through one nostril , and exhale out through the other. Concentrating on your breath, helps one to stay in focus.
Corpse Pose: This pose requires one to lie down on the ground straight. This pose helps relive the mind and helps the body relax.
Doing all these poses can be very helpful and it will aid in relieving stress to a great extent.
