Yoga For Hair Loss

Yoga according to various experts is greatly said to relieve hair-loss problem. Tension, hereditary factors, stress etc greatly leads to hair loss problems.

Yoga helps resolve psychological problems like stress, anxiety, tensions and worriees and helps prevent hair loss.

Some of the poses which can be done are the

Head Stand Pose: whereby standing on your head helps improve blood circulation and relieves tension.

Vajrasana: This pose requires one to sit on their knees, with their back straight and palms on the knees. This pose helps improve digestion and absorption of essential nutrients by the blood.

Pawanmuktasana: This pose requires one to lie down with their knees held close to their chest. Doing this helps exercise the liver, spleen, stomach, urinary bladder and intestines. Practicing it for a time phase of 2 mins and repeating it after short breaks can be very useful.

Doing these exercises regularly can greatly aid in hair growth, and prevention of loss of hair.
