10 Minute Yoga

If you have a very hectic schedule and find it hard to squeeze in an hour for exercise and time out to the gym, and really want to do something about your fitness, but are helpless, you have come to the right site.

Well keeping in mind, the hectic working schedule, people are in through, a ten minute schedule of effective Yoga has been developed.

It is a simple and easy way of developing both your mind and body. Following this 10 minute schedule will work wonders for your body.

Here is the order of exercises which can be done in 10 minutes.

Savasana or Corpse Pose: As the name suggests, this exercise will require you to lie down flat on your back with your hands by your side, and legs straight. Yes this pose is very similar to your sleeping position, but then make sure that you do not go to sleep. As you are lying down, concentrate and focus on your breathing. Take in air through your nose, feel it going inside your body and in a similar manner, exhale out air, through your nose. This kind of breathing is called the Yogic breathing.

Pavanmuktasana/Supine knee squeeze posture: This is the next step, after a time of inhaling and exhaling, bring your legs together, raise them up to your chest and inhale deeply. Next, hold your legs with your hands, and place your head between your legs, at the next inhalation.

Supine twist: After you are done with the above pose, bring down your legs, place both your hands under your head, and face upwards. Now join your legs together and shift them towards the right. Only your leg moves towards the right, the rest of the body is placed facing in the front. Continue to remain in this pose for some time and then later shift your legs towards the left.

Throughout the exercise, make sure the focus is on your breathing.

Continue to them regularly and you will notice a difference in the way you look and feel about yourself.

These exercises are very simple, and can be done during a 10 minute break you schedule for yourself. So make sure you take out atleast 10 minutes during the day and do the above mentioned exercises.
