Hatha Yoga introduced by a 15th century prominent sage is said to be the source and base of various forms of yoga like the Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga and Power Yoga.
It is also famously associated and often used in reference with the eight limbs of Yoga.
This type of yoga converts bodily experiences to spiritual encounters. Said to encompass a lot of physical exercises, Hatha Yoga in today’s world greatly is being practiced to rejuvenate the body.
Hatha Yoga includes many basic exercises of Yoga and can be mastered by one who is determinant and committed.

In order to master this art a person needs to move from one level to the other, mastering one level permits him/her to travel up the hierarchy.
Unfortunately in today’s world Hatha Yoga is used only to bring about physical developments. When used in the right sense this form of Yoga brings about a holistic development of mind, body and soul.
