  1. There is no specific time to practice Yoga. People think mornings are best but you can choose to practice Yoga whatever time you feel like.
  2. Practice Yoga only once every 24 hrs.
  3. Practice Yoga for 15 minutes – 1 hour every day for 5 days a week.
  4. Practice Yoga in a neat, clean and airy place everyday.
  5. Practice Yoga at the same place everyday.
  6. Practice Yoga alone if possible.
  7. Practice Yoga on an empty stomach everyday.
  8. Avoid hot food and excessive spices.
  9. Relax between every asana for a minimum of 6-8 seconds.
  10. Wear clean and light clothes while practicing Yoga.
  11. Avoid excessive intake of coffee, tea, cool drinks and alcohol.
  12. Women should not practice Yoga during their menstrual periods.
  13. Pregnant women should practice Yoga in moderation.
