- There is no specific time to practice Yoga. People think mornings are best but you can choose to practice Yoga whatever time you feel like.
- Practice Yoga only once every 24 hrs.
- Practice Yoga for 15 minutes – 1 hour every day for 5 days a week.
- Practice Yoga in a neat, clean and airy place everyday.
- Practice Yoga at the same place everyday.
- Practice Yoga alone if possible.
- Practice Yoga on an empty stomach everyday.
- Avoid hot food and excessive spices.
- Relax between every asana for a minimum of 6-8 seconds.
- Wear clean and light clothes while practicing Yoga.
- Avoid excessive intake of coffee, tea, cool drinks and alcohol.
- Women should not practice Yoga during their menstrual periods.
- Pregnant women should practice Yoga in moderation.
