Practicing Yoga contributes greatly towards removing weaknesses in sexual behavior. Yoga strengthens the mind that is the place where humans feel the urge for sexual activity. Yoga streamlines the nervous system that is responsible for the physical aspect of human sexual life.

Both Sex and Yoga take into consideration the physical, mental and emotional aspects of man. The practice meditation and Pranayama, enhances the mental and emotional nature of humans. While sex also deals with the physical aspects in form of various sexual acts culminating in the coitus. The emotional and mental aspects of the body come up in the form of love and affection that translate into bodily actions or sexual activities.

Practice of Yoga eventually enhances the psychosomatic and neuromuscular machinery of the body. It neutralizes the emotions of tensions, conflicts, insecurity created by modern materialistic life. Yoga brings about a relaxation of body and mind and brings about a poise that enhances vigor and vitality thus eliminating sexual disharmonies in partners.
