Poses of Yoga for Flat Stomach

  • Stay in this position for some time and return slowly to normal state.
  • Ensure there is a gap of one foot between your legs.

Paad-Pashchimottanasan (Seated Forward Bend)

  • Sit up straight and stretch out your legs before you.
  • Now, lift up your hands towards the ceiling and in a flowing motion bend forward with your hands outstretched.
  • Try to grasp your toes as your bend forward.
  • Try to touch your knees with your head.
  • Hold this pose for about two minutes and return to normal.
